What we Charge you - and when?
Consulting & AgencyIf employed as your sole agent, we will charge an agency fee based on success. Letting fees from 10% of the headline rent.
Sales and acquisitions from 2% of the purchase / sale price subject to a minimum fee of £3,500. |
Development ManagementWe charge a fee based on a modest retainer and a success fee. The success part accrues a fee of 7.5% of end value, payable at completion of the sale or 3 months after PC.
The retainer element is £495 per calendar month and is deductible from any success fee due. |
Individual MentoringIf you are new to commercial property investment or development, we offer a very select number of private clients an individual mentoring service.
We bring decades of experience and excellent contacts to any opportunity for a modest monthly fee. |
