Commission a video from us that allows potential purchasers to view a property on your listing from their phone or the comfort & safety of their own home.


All videos are provided in HD 16:9 format (1080P) or (4K) dependent on your selection. In addition we will upload the video to one of your chosen streaming social media platforms, with your permission, at the maximum definition for that platform.


You can choose whether to request a professional voiceover, background music, express delivery and other options.

Terms & conditions

  1. ​​​Our trade area is a 20 mile radius from Shrawley, Worcestershire (WR6 6TS).
  2. We reserve the right to refuse service. In such instances, we will refund the customer within 72 hours of purchase.
  3. All prices quoted may be subject to VAT as and when appropriate.
  4. We strive to provide a turnaround of 3 working days from site visit.
  5. All videos remain copyright © Mark Burkes and are provided with a perpetual license to use and broadcast the video.
  6. Clients must provide copy in writing for all video titles, bullet points, voiceovers, etc
  7. Clients must provide all graphics in png format with translucent background. When clients provide logos and copy for incorporation in a video, they grant us rights to use the content in our video content.
  8. ​All payments must be made in advance upon order.
  9. We reserve the right to withdraw license to use any video content we create if the client breaches the terms of this agreement.
  10. Terms are subject to the laws of England.
  11. Both parties agree to take any dispute to arbitration.

* Mileage charged at £0.20 per mile when property is more than 6 miles from WR6 6TS. Mileage & other disbursements agreed between the parties will be paid immediately upon invoice.
