What we Charge you - and when?

Consulting & Agency

If employed as your sole agent, we will charge an agency fee based on success. Letting fees from 10% of the headline rent.

Sales and acquisitions from 2% of the purchase / sale price subject to a minimum fee of £5,000. 

Development Management

We charge a fee based on a modest retainer and a success fee. The success fee is calculated at 7.5% of end development value, payable at completion of the sale or 3 months after Practical Completion, whichever is the sooner.

The retainer element is £995 per calendar month and is deductible from any success fee due.

Individual Mentoring

If you are new to commercial property investment or development, we offer a very select number of private clients an individual mentoring service.

We bring decades of experience and excellent contacts to any opportunity for a modest monthly fee.
